As a lifelong seeker of balance, healing, and more profound wisdom of the body and soul, this course was one of my favorites to create.

My early twenties were life-altering. The death of my father, two bouts with leukemia, and a bone marrow transplant uprooted my life and viscerally changed my being. I turned to studying nutrition and holistic health to heal and understand how we can truly thrive in our bodies. That journey led me to yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, Reiki, and acupuncture, offering powerful insight into how the body, mind, and spirit are connected.

Over time, these healing practices didn’t just restore my health — they shaped how I live, how I care for others, and ultimately, how I became a woman and a mother. What I’ve learned is that balance isn’t a perfect destination. It’s a rhythm, a relationship, and a reflection. It’s a constant flow of energy that we have more control over than we often take credit for.

This course, designed as an approachable guide, represents what I’ve gathered over decades of learning, living, and coming home to myself. I hope it helps you begin your journey to do the same.
